a view from the bridge near my parents house
going to kyoto and osaka ( and kobe too this time!) again!
after coming back from kyoto and osaka, ive been kinda busy these days...
just same as before, their still nice and really calm and really funny!!
august 5th, i took a bus at really early morning to go to kyoto. at kyoto, first i went to the starbucks under the kyoto station. my worker friend yoshi-chan used to work there, so i just wanted how it looks like. it was a great store, but i was really surprised how many tourist just visit there. they just have short coffee time with lots of laggages, and disapear.
anyway, after that i bought a bus ticket which leaves osaka at that night to go back to tokyo, then met atsuko. we decided to go to this italian restaurant on the top of the kyoto station building... the view from the restaurant was just so great, i took some pictures... last time we met was like before i went to the states for the first time, so like 3 years ago! so we had soooo many things to talk about, i was really surprised how many boyfriend she had..!! wooo! and also, so many friends from my hi-school got married, especially who stayed at izumo, my home town... its a small town, so i think people get married early because of the customs or something? i dont know. but anyway everything she said was really shocking to me.
then we went to ichizawa-hanp to get a bag, also went to her house to just put my big back pack, then went to eat kakigori ( shaved ice, really yummy!) then just walked around, actually it was really hot and humid, cos kyoto is bonchi ( a basin) so it felt like dying.. seriously!
then we went to kyoto taking a train to see minori, another friend from hi-school, who used to stay at montreal, canada. its also been years since we met last time in los angeles, minori didnt seem she changed, but still she was a warm hearted girl. :) atsuko took us to this really yummy okonomiyaki restaurant near umeda-kagetsu, i dont really like okonomiyaki, but everything tasted just so goooood!
after that we went to hep5 building i think? and we tried this big Ferris wheel on top of the building!
