i love this song!! its a song by gwen stefani, singing about HARAJUKU, which is the most popular and famous fashion district in tokyo, japan.
i went to shibuya yesterday for the job interview, and when i got off it was still 4pm, so i decided to walk to harajuku. ( harajuku station is next to shibuya.)
i walked down dogenzaka, towards shibuya station, there were SOOOO MANY PEOPLE!!! when i passed shibuya 109, big fashion mall for teenagers, i saw so many guys fishing girls too!!
yeah right, because it was the 2nd day of 3 days off weekend in japan, so thats why so many people came to shibuya for shopping!!

anyway then i walked along meiji dori, it was still kinda cold, but most of those harajuku girls/boys were not wearing coats or anything anymore. riiiight, to look good, and to look different, you shouldn't care about the weather!!

i checked couple of shops which i've never seen (it changed a lot actually) then went to bunkaya zakkaten to buy some hair pins.

it was fun, but just too crowded~~ at takeshita dori, a narrow, but loooong fashion street in front of harajuku station was seriously too crowded and i couldnt even breath well, and it was so funny, near 7-11, there are always couple of african-american people trying to catch high school kids from country side (you can tell which ones are from country side, since they wear school uniform and dont dye their hair yet and stuff) to go to their hip-hop clothing shop... and yesterday when i passed them there were couple of caucasian tourist people looking at them like "what the hell...?"

anyway it was really fun to look around, but i thought i should go shopping with my friends not by myself!! i got so tired of talking to myself too much!
